Booking your TOUR or SERVICE with us is very simple:

After receiving the confirmation of our availability and also our rates we can finalize your booking. 
The reservation rate will be charged at the end of the service, payable in CASH o CREDIT CARD in Euros. 
 
 
 
 
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation by a Client must be made by email and be acknowledged by the Company with e-mail. The date on which the request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the restitution of the deposit.

Cancellation mode for Tours and various Services:
- Cancellation 7 days or more before the services: the entire deposit of 20% of total price will be entirely paid back to the customer.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the services : the deposit of 20% of total price will not be paid back to the customer.
If the cancellation occur two months after the payment of the deposit , will be refunded the deposit amount less the paypal fee which is 3.4% of the deposit-

If the client wants to cancel the tour due to the bad weather or to any other personal reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances) within 7 days before the services, the deposit of 20% of total price will NOT be paid back to the customer. 

The client must know that we will provide our services (Tours and Transfers) despite bad weather.
If the client wants to change the date of the service, the company could allow it according to our vehicles availability.

What happens clicking pay now?

Clicking “Pay Now” you will be directed on PayPal website, a safest online payment with credit-card that will guard your data by making a guarantor to the transaction.


When do I have to pay a deposit?

We ask for a deposit for services starting from 400€, the deposit is as a guarantee of the reservation

We accept the following payment methods CASH, PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFERS and CREDIT CARD
